Hi, I’m Eileen and the author of this blog about food and health. I have 3 gorgeous children and live in Melbourne, Australia (down under).
For many years now I and my family have dealt with food intolerance symptoms. This led to much research on food until after much learning, adjustment and changing what we eat, I finally discovered the healing powers of food.
Initially, I believe that you need to change your diet until you can work out the impact of food on your body and if you are suffering from food intolerance symptoms, food allergies and/or including environmental sensitivities.
The intention with this blog is to provide you with information pertaining to food intolerance symptoms, food allergies, raw food, recipes for those suffering from food intolerance symptoms and restricted diets. I also include news on food, environmental sensitivities and reviews on products and books relating to food either from my own research, use or recommendation. My aim is to have you heal your body rather than just restrict your diet for life.
